Exercise, Exercise, Exerciseee

A huge part of beauty to many people is looking as good on the outside as they do on the inside. This means that one’s physical and mental health are both taken care of. One way that my sister and I are living by this are by participating in health fitness trainer, Chloe Ting’s, shred challenge. For me personally, exercising has helped me tremendously with my mental health. It has allowed me to view myself in a more positive light and has changed my perspective drastically in terms of how I view myself and how I bring myself forth. Since I started working out more I have noticed positive changes in myself, my work ethic, and an increase in productivity in my academics. This was challenging to maintain during quarantine but I am happy to still have a little something to do while at home to maintain my mental and physical health. I can’t wait to see even more results. Chloe Ting’s workouts are some of the most amazing at home workouts that I have ever encountered! It’s a YES from my sister and I! πŸ™‚
